TaxAssist franchisees in the US, UK, Ireland, Canada and Australia are benefiting from a new, enhanced Support Site which was launched on 13th June, following a three-year development project to revamp all the TaxAssist websites.
The TaxAssist Support Site is integral to the running of a franchisee’s business and acts as an online operations manual, as well as a lead Customer Relationship Management system, ticket system, reporting and booking system.
New features include:
- A new search engine - This is using the commercial Algolia product and provides a Google-like experience. This is already live on the client-facing websites
- A number of performance enhancements
- A much more scalable and robust base platform from which to develop the site further in the future

“After an extensive period of research and development, the new Support Site offers a completely new look and feel, with a mobile-friendly/tablet interface as well as improved useability.
